The WindShear Sleeping Bag Cover prevents condensation in tents or wetness in snow caves from soaking an otherwise unprotected sleeping bag, plus the Hydroseal-200¨ coated taffeta floor keeps you dry underneath. Likewise, it protects your bag against a heavy dew or mist while sleeping out under the stars next to a river or by the sea. It also keep out the critters and uses no-see-um netting so you can still star gaze if you don't need the full protection of the the WindShear hood. Sleeping pad straps are included.

For those long nights in a leaky tent or for the heavy dew of a night out on the beach, this cover provides very light yet effective protection. It is much more vapor permeable than a Gore-Tex bivy sack, yet it maintains enough water resistance to keep the bag quite dry.
